strnotequalnocase

Purpose

Check if string 1 differs from string 2, ignoring letter case.

Syntax

returnedBoolean = strnotequalnocase(wordString1, wordString2)

returnedBoolean - type: bool
wordString1 - type: str
wordString2 - type: str
